Lost, Delayed, or Missing Parcels

If your shipment hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe, email:

 We respond within 1 business day.
We will investigate with the carrier and arrange a replacement or refund if the parcel is confirmed lost.

Returns & Refunds Policy

30-Day Return Window

We accept returns for change of mind within 30 days, provided the item is:
 • Unopened
 • Unused
 • Sealed in original packaging
Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the return is received and inspected.

Damaged or Faulty Products

If your order arrives damaged or defective:

Include your order number + clear photos.

We will replace the product free of charge (subject to stock availability).
