4. Pricing & Payments

Prices are displayed in the currency shown at checkout.
 Taxes (e.g., VAT for EU/UK customers) are calculated automatically based on your shipping location.

Full payment must be approved before your order is processed.

5. Shipping & Fulfilment

Orders ship from our fulfilment centres in the USA and the European Union.

Processing & Delivery Times
• Processing: 1–2 business days
 • USA: 2–3 business days
 • EU: 2–3 business days
 Delivery times for other countries are shown at checkout.

Duties & Import Taxes
 • EU/UK: VAT included at checkout
 • Outside EU/UK: the customer is responsible for local taxes, duties and customs fees

Tracking
A tracking link is emailed once your order ships.
Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing a correct shipping address.
 We cannot refund or replace orders lost due to incorrectly entered addresses.

6. Right of Withdrawal (EU/UK Requirement)

If you are located in the EU or UK, you are legally entitled to a 14-day right of withdrawal for most online purchases.
This right does not apply to opened supplements or cosmetics for health and safety reasons.
Unopened, sealed products may be returned within the withdrawal period.

7. Returns & Refunds Policy

We offer a 30-day return window for unopened, unused and sealed products.
To request a return, contact:

Refunds are issued once the returned product is received and inspected.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your product arrives damaged or incorrect, email us within 7 days with photos and your order number.
 We will replace the item at no cost, subject to availability.

Zenity Bio Labs products support general wellbeing.
 They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

 • indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
 • delays caused by carriers, customs, or force majeure
